Hood Park, a Class A mixed-use development in Charlestown, Boston., has topped off. Upon completion, the 20-acre urban campus will feature 1.8 million square feet of office and laboratory space, 100,000 square feet of retail, and 335 residential units.

Situated near Kendall Square and Assembly Row, the campus offers amenities including retail vendors and over an acre of publicly accessible green space, hosting community events like a summer beer garden and Spring Fest.

Designed by SMAA, the tower addition at 100 Hood Park Drive will add five stories of office and laboratory space, totaling 186,000 square feet. Once finished, the building will stand 13 stories tall, providing over 287,000 square feet of lab, office, and retail space.
