“We’ve amended it many times through the process, as opportunities came to us, and things that we thought were kind of intriguing that we wanted to do,” said Peter Farrell, managing partner at City Interests Development Partners, “This is what happens over 19 years. Life changes and conditions change. But we have this incredible community in the middle of a huge commercial environment. It’s fabulous.”
