Cushman & Wakefield Lists Mixed-Use Retail in Financial District
Cushman & Wakefield has been retained on an exclusive basis to market 64 Fulton St., a 41,369-square-foot mixed-use asset in Lower Manhattan’s Financial District, for sale. The firm’s Maurice Suede, Eric Roth and Daniel Soyak will lead marketing efforts on behalf of the seller.
“64 Fulton Street is a unique asset that presents investors with a number of potential investment routes given its cash flow, zoning and conversion potential,” said Suede. “Three faces of the building’s façade are exposed to meet light and air requirements and it’s located in a very active part of the Financial District, with the revitalized Seaport and Fulton Street station only a few blocks away.”
64 Fulton St. is a mixed-use asset comprised of four retail tenants and a mix of residential and office units above. The property is located on a corner lot and features 59 feet of frontage along Fulton Street.
