NexCore Breaks Ground on Health Clinic in Omaha Metro
Denver-based NexCore Group commenced construction on CHI Health Clinic in Millard, a southwestern suburb of Omaha, NE. The clinic, being developed at 5005 S. 153rd St., is patterned after a prototype NexCore developed: CHI Health Clinic Valley View in nearby Council Bluffs, IA.
CHI Health’s Kathy Bresler says the facility will be the 47th in what is already the largest clinical network in the Omaha-Council Bluffs area.
Similar to the Iowa counterpart, CHI Health Clinic Millard is designed to provide the convenience of a one-stop outpatient experience. The new 38,700-square-foot facility will also double the size of the existing clinic on the site.
The CHI Health Clinic Millard will provide a variety of healthcare services under one roof, including Primary Care, OB/GYN, Specialty Care, Behavioral Health, Diabetic Education, Imaging, Lab, Physical Rehabilitation, and a time-share space. The clinic is expected to open in summer 2020.
