Clarion Partners, LaSalle Investment Management, and Banyan Street Capital have secured three new leases totaling 28,385 square feet at 180 Maiden Lane in Lower Manhattan.
Basis Investment Group will relocate to 10,091 square feet, Walter P Moore will expand to 11,719 square feet, and Royal Funding Group will occupy 6,575 square feet with an additional 2,008 square feet on the 10th floor. The deals were made at asking rents ranging from $58 to $65 per square foot. The 1.2 million-square-foot property has undergone upgrades including a conferencing and business center, a curated rotating food hall, an upgraded fitness center, and new on-site hospitality services.
Ownership was represented by the Cushman & Wakefield team of Tara Stacom, Rob Lowe, Justin Royce, Frank Cento, and Connor Daugstrup, along with JLR Realty’s Jesse Rubens in all transactions. Basis Investment Group was represented by Shawna Menifee from Integrative Partners, Walter P Moore was repped by the Cushman & Wakefield team of Trey Shake, Rob Lowe, and Nikki Dysenchuk, while Travis Egenberg of Norman Bobrow represented Royal Funding Group.
