Ryan Cos. Building 1.9M SF Build-to-Suit Business Park in Pinal County

Pinal County is half way between Phoenix and Tucson and just off the junction of two major interstates and a rail line; ingredients for a successful industrial park. Ryan Cos. is on it. The Phoenix Business Journal reports the firm is planning to develop a build-to-suit park across 122 acres and is marketing various opportunities for interested employers.

The park is located along a Union Pacific rail line just east of Interstate 10 and south of Houser Road in Eloy, a city located south of Coolidge and Casa Grande in Pinal County. It’s also located in an Opportunity Zone, which offers tax incentives, and is eligible for a foreign trade zone designation. 

As conceptual options, Ryan Cos. said the site could fit 1.9 million square feet with two buildings that are about 1.4 million square feet and 518,000 square feet or about 1.8 million square feet with six buildings ranging in size from 120,000 square feet to 407,000 square feet.
