The Woodlands to Welcome New 225-Unit Apartment Complex
Flournoy Development Group is just months away from delivering the Neuhaus, a 225-unit apartment community just west of the Village of Grogan’s Mill in The Woodlands. The apartment complex at 509 Nursery Road consists of two four-story buildings with one- to three-bedroom units ranging from 629 to 1,507 square feet. Rent is yet to be determined, but the Houston Business Journal reports the owners expects it to range from about $1,300 to $2,750. The first units will be available for first move-ins in September.
There will be surface parking as well as some attached garages. Complex amenities will include a resort-style pool, club room, fitness center, dog park and an outdoor kitchen area.
Houston-based Strategic Construction is the general contractor, and Addison, Texas-based HEDK Architects designed the complex.
Flournoy, has developed five apartment complexes in Greater Houston over the past 20-plus years and has since sold them.
