Two-Tower Residential Development in Woodside Launches Leasing
Madison Realty Capital has announced the launch of leasing for the first of two towers at Woodside Central, a 478-unit residential property in Woodside, Queens. Brooklyn-based real estate company MNS has been selected to handle leasing and marketing for the 183-unit 70th Street tower. Woodside Central’s two towers are part of a new mixed-use development on Queens Boulevard, including mixed-income apartments, retail facilities, and public outdoor space.
The development also includes a new public school, PS Q340, scheduled to open in September 2025 as part of a public-private partnership between Madison Realty Capital and the New York City School Construction Authority, and New York City School Construction Authority and Department of Education.
“In addition to beginning the construction of a state-of-the-art elementary school, we are pleased to be able to provide high-quality affordable housing to the vibrant Woodside community at a time when building affordable housing options is more critical than ever for New Yorkers,” said Zachary Kadden, managing director of development at Madison Realty Capital.
