Zom Living Delivers 214-Unit Azola South Apartments

Multifamily development firm ZOM Living has announced the completion of Azola South Tampa. The  new residential enclave includes four apartment buildings and a selection of townhomes.

Azola South Tampa was nearly 70 percent leased at completion. Floorplans include one-bedroom and two-bedroom units, as well as six townhome units with three bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms. All units range in size from 747 to 2,115 square feet, with monthly rental rates ranging from $1,987 to $4,050.
